Our Service Agreements include essential consultant hours dedicated to system maintenance and preventative measures ensuring minimal system downtime and maximum reliability. Our service agreements are split into the following three products:
Gold - Oriium Premier Support (extended business hours) Providing full time extended business hours support for when systems are mission critical to the functioning of the business
Silver - Oriium Max Support (business hours +1) For the growing infrastructure max support provides enough consultant hours to ensure that it is kept running and that your users are always supported
Bronze - Oriium Care Support (business hours) Representing excellent value for money, our entry level support agreement provides telephone, remote and next business day onsite support for when you need it most
