• Quarterly maintenance check - ensuring all platforms have the latest updates and security patches applied
• Backup Notification Alerts Service - ensuring that all scheduled Backup activities have completed successfully and within the allotted time
• Server Error & Performance Monitor Notification Alerts Service - ensuring that the server's performance is maintained and that any reported errors are immediately investigated and resolved
