Care Support and Service Agreement (SLA)
Our Care Service agreement represents excellent value for money whilst not compromising on the level of service provided. Suitable for small to medium size organisations, the Care agreement includes a generous allowance of on-site consultant hours. The agreement also includes vital infrastructure review time and essential maintenance reporting to ensure that your IT infrastructure gives you the best possible return on investment.

The Care service agreement includes:

• Onsite consultant time to be used for review / implementation / consultation and onsite support

• Remote console / Telephone support to be used for troubleshooting any part of your IT infrastructure (business hours 09.00 - 17.30)

• Annual comprehensive infrastructure review - ensuring all platforms are running optimally

• Bi-Annual maintenance check - ensuring all platforms have the latest updates and security patches applied

• Backup Notification Alerts Service - ensuring that all scheduled Backup activities have completed successfully and within the allotted time

• Server Error & Performance Monitor Notification Alerts Service - ensuring that the server's performance is maintained and that any reported errors are immediately investigated and resolved

• Unlimited License / Platform / Infrastructure consultation
